Fletcher Howe has recently joined our firm as our Head of Business Development. Mr. Howe brings a tremendous amount of executive and military experience to The Academy Group. He started his career as an officer in the Marine Corps and has worked at senior levels at firms like Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Brokerage, and was the CEO at Bankoh Investment Services in Hawaii for 7 years. He joins our firm with a tremendous amount of relationship management experience and we are privileged to have him as a member of our team.

The Academy Group is happy to welcome three new associates to our team. Heather Lorince has both executive recruiting experience as well as a strong level of experience as a financial advisor. Annette Benavides has been in HR and in recruiting for most of her twenty-five year professional career. Rachel Branch has been responsible for recruiting flight attendants at Mesa Airlines as well as responsible for recruiting at State Farm Insurance. We are very pleased and honored to have them on our team.

We are proud to announce the recent appointment of Dr. Chris Howard to the presidency of Hampden - Sydney College in Virginia making making him the first Graduate in the 50 year history of the Air Force Academy to become a president of a college or university. We couldn't be more proud to have Dr. Howard as one of the founders of our company.

Katie Bath has been a professional recruiter for several years and has very specific, and personal experience with financial services. Robyn Johnson brings a very organized and professional work ethic to our team and will be instrumental in helping us to find very specific candidates for our searches. She is currently a full time student at Denver University and we are happy to have her on a part-time basis.
