In only the past 12 months, we have placed 84 candidates with our client companies. Of those candidates, 41 of them came from diverse backgrounds representing 49% of our over-all placements. Of those diverse backgrounds, 63% were female candidates. We are extremely proud of these results and we recognize that there are very few firms in the executive recruiting industry who can boast this kind of success.
We believe that a lot of our success in diversity recruiting stems from the fact that our own internal staff is comprised of a very diverse background itself. We believe that this uniquely positions us to be able to identlfy with our diverse candidates and the unique backgrounds they bring to the table.
